Until recently Neil was the Operations Manager at a shopping centre in Croydon. He brings a wealth of experience with a background in construction and can help businesses at KSP with their fit out and maintenance requirements. When he is not at work, Neil dotes on his two grandchildren and when he can, the odd game of golf. He hasn't divulged his handicap but has casually dropped into the conversation that he was an England semi finalist in the UK Martial Arts Tournament!Email me
Janet joined the team at Kent Science Park after several years with a global office provider and with a background in hotel management and sales; Janet is responsible for viewings, leasing, renewals and expansions for Kent Science Park. Operationally, Janet is a main contact for occupiers via network events, composing and sending out of the weekly newsletter, and visiting occupiers on site. In addition, Janet is responsible for strengthening our relationships with universities and local authorities, identifying new opportunities to support occupiers, and driving enquiries to the park.Email me
Bryn recently joined Kent Science Park and is heading up the maintenance team. He brings a wealth of experience having worked around the world on engineering projects and in management companies. After a stint in Australia, Bryn returned with his family to the UK and took up a role working for Broadgate Estates throughout the regeneration of the Liverpool Street area in London. When he has time, Bryn has interests including riding motorbikes, reading and archery. To encourage local interest in this noble sport, Bryn coaches across Kent and is Chairman of the West Kent Archery league.
Jo Webber has been at KSP since 2012. She is the personable and friendly first point of contact for all occupiers, contractors and visitors to the park, and her extensive site knowledge means that she is able to support the occupiers with all their day-to-day queries. Jo’s wide-ranging duties include meeting room management, organising signage for the site and events, liaising with security, keeping information updated, and general occupier services.Email me
Liz supports in the safe and efficient running of Kent Science Park. She works alongside the Facilities Manager, covering health and safety administration and liaising with the on-site maintenance and landscaping teams, as well as external contractors. There is almost nothing that Liz doesn't know about the inner workings of the park and she is always ready to help our occupiers.Email me
Steph is our numbers whizz. She joined KSP in August 2018 as an administrator. Her role includes gathering and maintaining information about the site, collecting information and invoices regarding the utilities and recharging them to occupiers, and answering queries regarding these. Steph is also responsible for updating the relevant records when new leases are signed for new occupiers, to ensure accurate invoicing; this also includes when occupiers grow and expand with us.Email me
A national network of experts supporting your business
Keith is our EHS and Operations Manager at the Wilton Centre, and his role includes overseeing the day-to-day operations for the park, together with managing all aspects of health and safety and environmental management on behalf of the owners. Keith is the main EHS contact for supporting current and new occupiers to operate their facilities safely.
Keith also provides support across all of our parks when companies have challenges that fall within his specialism.
Andrew's role includes managing all aspects of building maintenance and ensuring all statutory requirements and engineering standards are adhered to across the park. Andrew is also the first point of contact to assist current and new occupiers with tailoring their space to meet their exact requirements. Andrew can support businesses with complex laboratory, manufacturing or engineering challenges that are moving into our assets.
Mick is our Operations and Services Engineer, based at the Wilton Centre. His role is the monitoring and operation of all building services, together with the daily management of the soft services, ensuring these are delivered to the highest standard. If an occupier needs support in acquiring a specialist service, Mick is available to assist.
Mick can help occupiers locate to or move within our parks, to ensure their facilities are operated to best practice standards.
Barry supports businesses in the Knowledge Factory with scaling up their laboratory and manufacturing operations. His role is overseeing the smooth running of the Wilton Centre’s pilot plant and scale-up facilities, and ensuring that occupiers’ processes are supported and all aspects of health and safety are maintained. If a current or new occupier is looking to establish or modify a chemical process, Barry can assist this with his many years of experience and expertise.
Mike has over 25 years of experience in supporting innovative growing businesses. Predominantly based at our park in Wilton, Mike helps businesses develop their business plans, improve processes and obtain growth funding. Mike has an extensive network of research contacts and can facilitate introductions to help businesses overcome technical challenges which may arise.
As the landlord, Trinity works closely with the Kent Science Park team to provide the best possible working environment. Trinity is also able to provide growth capital to suitable businesses based on the park.
Richard has an investment track record of over 15 years’, having transacted in excess of £2 billion in UK real estate. Richard’s primary responsibility is deal sourcing, execution and asset management, using his strong network of contacts with UK institutions, property companies, occupiers and brokers.Email me

James is a dual chartered accountant and surveyor with over 15 years’ experience in finance and real estate. His background includes investment and corporate finance roles at Colliers International and JLL, prior to which he worked at GLG Partners and Morgan Stanley.
